Lexi Brackpool is an experienced global CEO with extensive experience across a range of sectors, specialising in technical communications.
Lexi spent nearly two decades heading up her own agencies in both the UK and the Middle East as well as founding internationally renowned collaborations in oil and gas and offshore wind.

A self-proclaimed strategist, Lexi has spoken at a number of industry events, leading the call to industry for a collaborative and innovative approach to shared issues such as the technical skills deficit, energy transition and government support for achieving net zero targets.
Lexi has supported leading brands at a developer and operator level including RWE, Vattenfall, Shell and Perenco, as well as a wide breadth of companies across the supply chain.
Her extensive sector and industry knowledge has seen her turn her hand to developing market entry strategies for companies developing new technologies as well as comprehensive approaches for established supply chain companies needing to diversify into clean energy markets.
In 2022 Lexi undertook the role to develop an OWIC offshore wind cluster to represent the East of England on the national stage for its world-leading portfolio of projects.
As the project manager she works alongside ScottishPower Renewables, Ørsted, Equinor, RWE and Vattenfall delivering on a combined approach to developing the sectors footprint from the workforce requirements through to government lobbying and community engagement.
